It is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. On 2nd of January the virus writes the stamp "TT" to OEM-string in the boot sector of C: drive, then decrypts and displays the message, and then halts PC:

The virus also contains the text string:
